As a functional medicine health coach, I help you reconnect with your body and nurture your well-being from the inside out. Through holistic practices, compassionate support, and practical tools, I guide you in co-creating balance that feels natural and sustainable—so you can root deeply and rise fully into lasting wellness.
My Story
Health and wellness have long guided the way I live. It’s been a part of who I am in my own personal health journey—but it wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first child that I realized how much our systems of support and guidance are lacking, especially during pregnancy and postpartum.
As my body changed and my emotional state shifted, I recognized how much support women really need during these transitions. Having been blessed with three children, each pregnancy brought its own unique challenges and lessons, deepening my understanding of just how important care and balance are for women in every stage of life.
Those experiences inspired me to support other women—not just through the prenatal and postnatal stages, but through every phase of womanhood. We are incredibly strong beings, yet so often we put ourselves last and let our well-being fall to the side.
At Root & Rise, my intention is to hold space for women to rediscover their strength, find balance within, and grow into lasting wellness—one mindful step at a time.

We’ll start with a complimentary introductory session to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit for your journey.

Your journey is uniquely yours, so the timeline will gently unfold based on your personal goals and life circumstances. You know yourself best, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. We’ll begin with a minimum of four weekly sessions, with the option to add more support whenever it feels right for you—as you move toward meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.

As stated before each plan is tailored to your specific situation. With that said, we will discuss your vision, goals and pricing in our first call and together make a plan that feels comfortable for you moving forward. I offer individual and group sessions.

This is a common question. As a Functional Medicine–trained health coach, my role is to support you in making sustainable lifestyle changes that align with your health and wellness goals. While I can help you explore habits, routines, and patterns that may be impacting your well-being, I do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
Instead, I offer guidance, accountability, and compassionate support as you take steps toward lasting, positive change—always working alongside, not in place of, your healthcare providers.
